Policies

Online Returns:

• Returns and exchanges for online orders require a return request form and must be approved by Dalaga prior to returning. Once you have received a return authorization number, please mark your RA# on the outside of the box. Returns without RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for all return postage.
• Once we have received the package, store credit will be processed within two business days. You will be notified via e-mail at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
• Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where an error may have been made. If you have questions please e-mail orders@dalaganyc.com or call us at 718-389-4049.

All Returns & Exchanges:

• Regularly priced items are exchangeable at the location where they were purchased within 7 days of the purchase date or 7 days from the received date for online and phone orders. Exchanges are non-transferrable between the Manhattan and Brooklyn stores.
• All exchangeable items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes must be in the original box and tags must be attached along with receipt for store credit only.
• Sale, lingerie, swim wear, fragrances, hosiery and discounted items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
• All returns and exchanges are for store credit only.
• Store credit cannot be received for returns and exchanges after 7 days.
• All items are non-refundable.
